About
Voices of Hope operates both a Men’s and a Women’s Recovery House in Elkton, Maryland, which are located within walking distance of one another. We provide structured, wraparound recovery services focused on long-term recovery, holistic wellness, and family reunification. Residents are supported in choosing the recovery path that best fits their needs and work closely with a Peer Recovery Specialist to develop individualized Recovery Plans, set goals, and build healthy, sustainable routines.
Trauma Specialists also engage with residents and their support systems to develop reunification and wellness plans that promote long-term success. All recovery houses operate within a structured environment that emphasizes accountability, consistency, and connection to the recovery community. Our homes are certified through MCORR and accept MDRN funding through Cecil County Health Department Care Coordination, with eligible Maryland Medicaid recipients potentially qualifying for extended support. Residents must be motivated to engage in recovery and follow program guidelines; certain convictions may impact eligibility. To learn more or schedule a tour, please call (443) 993-7055.
