Michael Bradley
Founder & CEO, Aftercare Compass
Michael has spent his career in behavioral health — as a peer recovery coach, discharge coordinator, business development officer, and recovery housing leader. He also knows the system from the inside, having personally navigated residential treatment, IOP, and recovery housing.
Aftercare Compass is what he wishes had existed the day he left treatment — and the day every client he’s ever placed did too.
