The Nicholas House – Lancaster is a DDAP-licensed men's recovery house on East Ross Street in Lancaster city, operated by TNH Sober Living, which runs 21 licensed homes in Lancaster, York and Adams counties. Each home has a live-in house manager overseen by a regional director, and certified peer specialists provide peer recovery support, including for residents with co-occurring mental health needs. Rent is $175 per week; new residents pay $275 to move in (intake fee plus the first week), or $700 for four weeks with the intake fee waived.
