About
R3 Sober Living (R3 House) runs DDAP-licensed recovery houses in Lancaster city, with separate houses for men and for women, and is one of Lancaster County's contracted recovery house providers, so eligible residents can ask about county funding. Rent covers utilities, internet and furnishings, plus life-skills sessions, a weekly program for new residents, certified peer support, case management, job-search help and random drug testing; residents attend five recovery meetings a week and must work. First-time residents pay $600 to move in ($100 bed hold plus $500 intake), then $200 per week. People coming from incarceration on non-violent possession or DUI charges may be accepted, but violent and sexual offenses are excluded; there are no weekend admissions, so call (717) 601-2555.
