About
PorchLight Recovery provides NARR Level III (supervised) sober living in downtown Lancaster, and this DDAP-licensed house on South Lime Street serves women. Staff live alongside residents in shared, private and executive-level rooms, the recommended stay averages about six months, and residents attend intensive outpatient or partial hospitalization treatment with partner providers; PorchLight plans to open its own IOP/PHP program at 12–14 S Queen St in fall 2026. Published monthly rates (from PorchLight's website, subject to change) are $1,500 shared, $2,000 private and $3,000 executive, and veterans and first responders get 50% off the intake fee and 10% off monthly rent.
