The New Points Hampden Experience
New Points Hampden offers a spacious, three-story, single-family home that accommodates 11 residents with two New Points Staff members. The house is located just blocks from the celebrated 36th Street of Baltimore.
New Points Hampden is staffed by two managers who reside at the home. They provide guidance and accountability for our residents by ensuring expectations are met and recovery goals are accomplished.
The five-bedroom home has 4 bathrooms, a TV room with cable, an open kitchen with a dining area and a beautiful rooftop deck. Like all New Points homes, it has office space equipped with a computer, printer, and wi-fi throughout the house.
There is a covered front porch with seating and private parking in the rear of the house. All the basic amenities are included, and all appliances are in excellent working order as the house was recently refurnished in 2020.
