About

Jon’s Place was founded in 2019 in memory of Jon King (1994-2015). Jon was a loving, caring, compassionate young man who struggled from his teenage years with his own demons and lost his battle with addiction at the age of 21. He was more than his disease and Jon’s Place is in his honor, to help other men on their journey into recovery from their disease of addiction to know that they are not alone.

Our Mission
Our mission is to provide a clean, safe, healthy, and sober environment for recovering addicts and alcoholics to live in and to learn how to be new productive members of society. To offer addicts and alcoholics a safe place to live while they continue to maintain and grow physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. We encourage our residents to use the 12-step approach to enter into a full life of freedom and independence from their addiction.

We are a men’s recovery house dedicated to providing a safe, drug- and alcohol-free environment that fosters complete abstinence from all mood- and mind-altering substances. Guided by the principles of the 12-Step program, we encourage our residents to build strength and accountability through peer support within our supportive community.
