About

Located in the serene community of Bel Air, Maryland.
The Homecoming Project, Inc.’s eight bed facility is located in the serene community of Bel Air, Maryland. With a well established and active recovery community, Bel Air offers many opportunities for the women of the Homecoming Project to build a solid foundation. At Homecoming, women live in a supportive, healing environment designed to strengthen and empower them for their return as fully functioning members of society.

Homecoming Project, Inc. was established in 1999 in Abingdon, Maryland as a halfway house for poverty level women recovering from drug and alcohol abuse.
